Click on "Manage my Family Info" under where you enter a password.  This takes you to a member portal, and you can click on "Haven't registered yet" to get yourself setup with access.  If your email address is in our system, it will send you a message with further instructions to setup a password.  Email [email protected] if you have any questions.
